Chargebacks / payment disputes:
If you believe a transaction was made in error or without your authorisation, please contact us at contact@zoravio.com within 30 days of the transaction date so we can assist. We reserve the right to dispute chargeback claims we believe to be inaccurate, fraudulent, or not justified.

We aim to respond to chargeback-related enquiries within 7 business days.

6. Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and prevent misuse, we may apply reasonable fraud-prevention checks, including:

  • Order review: We may temporarily hold, cancel, or request additional information for orders that appear unusual or potentially fraudulent.
  • High-value verification: Orders over 500 CAD may require additional verification before they can be finalised.
